CHS Track Results
Minford Meet, 4/1/14
Isaach Hines threw a 119' 6" (3rd place) in discuss and a 36' 10.5" (4th place) in shot put. Mason Pelphrey jumped 16' 10" (3rd place) in the long jump competition. Cameron King ran a 59.8 in the 400m and a 26.1 in the 200m (6th place). Matthew Smith ran a 1:00 in the 400m. 

Minford Invitational, 4/11/14
Mason Pelphrey ran a 19.07 (6th place) in 110 high hurdles while also jumping a 16'8" in long jump. Isaach Hines threw 126'6" (4th place) in discus (personal best) and also threw a 39'9" (8th place) in shotput. Cameron King and Ethan Newton both jumped 5'0" (8th place) in the high jump. Cameron King also ran a 58.78 (personal best) in the 400m. Matthew Smith ran a 59.53 (personal best) in the 400m. Ethan Newton ran a 2:33 in his 800m. Bobby Madden ran a 2:57 in the 800m. Maddy Burton and Ava McClease both ran the 800m, Maddy ran a 3:36 and Ava ran a 3:38. 

Portsmouth Invitational, 4/17/14
Isaach Hines threw 121'5" in discus (7th place) and threw a 38'9" (8th place) in shot put. Matthew Smith jumped his personal best with a jump of 15' 3/4" in long jump. Cameron King ran a personal best in the 400m with 58.6 and jumped a personal best with 5'4" in the high jump. Ethan Newton jumped a 5'2" for his personal best and he ran a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:28. Bobby Madden ran a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:51. 

Boys team placed 6th place in DIV III.

Wheelersburg Invitational, 4/22/14
Mason Pelphrey ran a 16.6 (1st place) in the 110 hurdles for a personal best and jumped a 17'11" in the long jump for a personal best. Cameron King ran a 58.5 (5th place) for a personal best. Mason Pelphrey ran a 200m (5th place) in 25.2 seconds. Cameron ran a 26.2 (7th place) in the 200m and jumped 5' 2" (4th place) in the high jump. Ethan Newton jumped 5' 4" (3rd place) in the high jump for a personal best. Isaach Hines threw 38' 11" (4th place) in shot put and threw a 132' 8" in discus for a personal best.

Portsmouth Meet, 4/29/14
Ethan Newton jumped a 5' 6" (3rd place) for a personal best in the high jump. Cameron King jumped 5' 4" (fourth place) in the high jump. Mason Pelphrey 18' 4" in the long jump for a personal best. Ethan Newton jumped 17' 4" in the long jump for a personal best. Isaach Hines threw 130' 2" (2nd place) in discus. Mason Pelphrey ran a 16.6 (2nd place) for the 110 hurdles. Bobby Madden ran a 7:03 (5th place) in the 1600m. Cameron King ran a 58.7 in the 400m run.

Valley Meet, 5/6/14 
Mason Pelphrey ran a 16.7 (3rd place) in the 110m hurdles, jumped a 17' 11" (2nd place) in the long jump, and ran a 24.78 (2nd place) in the 200m. Cameron King ran a 2:19 (3rd place) in the 800m and jumped 5' 2" (5th place) in the high jump. Matthew Smith ran a 1:00 (4th place) in the 400m. Isaach Hines threw for 1st place in discus and 4th place in shot put. Maddy Burton jumped for 5th place in the long jump. 

Rock Hill Invitational, 5/9/14 
Mason Pelphrey ran a personal best in the 110 hurdles with a time of 16.14 (1st place), jumped 4th in the long jump, and 5th place in the 200m. Matthew Smith ran a personal best in the 400m with a time of 59 seconds (6th place). Cameron King high jumped for 5th place and ran a 2:15 personal best for 5th place. Ethan Newton placed 3rd place high jump and 8th in the 1600m run.

Portsmouth Meet, 4/9/14
Lane Downey jumped 13'6" (5th place) in the long jump, jumped 4'6" (5th place) in the high jump, and ran a 26.7 (4th place) in the 200m. Sarah Widdowson jumped 12'3" (2nd place) in the long jump, jumped 4'2" (2nd place) in the high jump, and ran a 31.4 (1st place) in the 200m. Savannah Moore threw a 27'11" (4th place) in shot put, and threw a 69'3" (2nd place) in discus. Overall, the girl's team (with two runners) placed 5th while the boy's team (one runner) placed seventh.

Portsmouth Invitational, 4/23/14
Lane Downey ran a 26.8 (7th place) in the 200m. Sarah Widdowson ran a 30.7 (5th place) in the 200m, she jumped 4'2" (7th place) in high jump, and jumped 12'3" (5th place) in long jump. Savannah Moore threw a 67'4" (6th place) in discus.

Wheelersburg Meet, 4/24/14
Lane Downey jumped a 14' 9 1/2" (5th place) in the long jump, jumped 4' 4" (5th place) in the high jump, and ran 26.59 (3rd place) in the 200m. Sarah Widdowson jumped 4' 2" (2nd place) in the high jump. Savannah Moore threw 64' (3rd place) in the discus.

Minford Invitational, 4/28/14
Lane Downey placed 5th in the high jump, 6th in the long jump, and 6th in the 200m. Savannah Moore placed 6th in the shot put and 7th in the discus.

Scioto County Junior High Track Meet, 5/5/14
Lane Downey placed 5th in the 200 meter dash, jumped 14'9 3/4" (5th place) in the long jump (personal best), and jumped 4'6" (7th place) in the high jump. Savannah Moore threw a 65'6" (3rd place) in the discus, and threw a 28'8" (7th place) in the shot put (personal best).
