Representing Clay High School in the 2010 Miss River Days' Pageant will be current junior, Chelsea Beegan. Chelsea is the daughter of Jon and Denise Beegan of Greenup and Scott and Teresa Vassar of Rosemount. Congratulations, Chelsea!
