The 2013-2014 CHS Homecoming Queen & Court

The Clay High School Homecoming for 2013-2014 was held Saturday, February 8, 2014.  The festivities took place between the Junior Varsity and Varsity basketball games.  The Clay Panthers hosted the East Tartans.  “Frosted Twilight” was the theme for the night.

Queen Emily Widdowson, daughter of Eric and Amy Widdowson, was escorted by senior, Michael Schmidt, son of Dan and Sharon Schmidt, and junior, Aaron Phipps, son of Rick and Cindy Phipps.  Emily, Aaron, and Michael walked to “Wonderful Tonight” by Fred Beneditti and Peter Pupping.

Miss Lynlee Wells, daughter of Kevin and Candy Wells, served as the Freshman Attendant.  She was escorted by freshman, Cole Gilliland, son of Craig and Melanie Gilliland.

Miss Shaylee Holbert, daughter of Michelle Holbert, served as the Sophomore Attendant.  She was escorted by junior, Conner Phipps, son of Steve and Kendall Phipps.

Miss Lindsay Gilliam, daughter of Sandy Gilliam and the late Rick Gilliam, served as the Junior Vocational Attendant.  She was escorted by freshman, Nate Hinze, son of Carol and Todd Hinze.

Miss Abbie Riffe, daughter of Gary Riffe and Annie Goodday, served as the Junior Attendant.  She was escorted by junior, Zackary Phillips, son of Michael and Lisa Phillips.

Miss Sydney Carter, daughter of Matt Carter and Kelli Conkel, served as the Senior Attendant.  She was escorted by senior, Adam Cooper, son of Brian and Janet Cooper.

Miss Jessica Moore, daughter of Brian and Kitty Moore, served as the Senior Attendant.  She is escorted by senior, Eldin Sarajlic son of Saro and Gina Sarajlic.

Miss Madison Whittaker, daughter of Steve and Teri Whittaker, served as the flower girl.  Master Christian Copen, son of Blair and Joy Copen, served as the crown bearer.

The Clay High School Cheerleaders sponsored a Homecoming dance following the games.
