Clay Elementary School is a Schoolwide Title 1 building. All students are eligible to receive supplemental educational services provided by Title 1 teachers Mrs. Campbell grades K-2, and Mr. Goodson grades 3-5. We value your opinion concerning the effectiveness of the supplemental services in reading and math that your child has received. To help in evaluating the program and to plan for next year, please take a few minutes to complete the following survey.
Each year a school district has a new group of seniors say goodbye. Sometimes a school district will say goodbye and thank you to a staff member or a group of staff members. This year, the Clay Local School District says a BIG THANK YOU to Mrs. Karen Gasho for her service to the children and community.
Mrs. Gasho started at Clay in 1992 as a junior high language arts teacher. Before coming to Clay she taught kindergarten in northern Ohio. She later moved to the Rosemount as a kindergarten teacher, and she finished her career with the district as a first grade teacher.
She will be missed. Good luck! Happy retirement!
For the 2012-2013 school year, Clay implemented and tested a Bring Your Own Technology (BYOT) Device program. This survey and its results will help guide the future of this BYOT program.
